Our Bar & Restaurant

Mary’s features a vibrant central bar on the ground floor, surrounded by walls lined with hundreds of whiskey bottles and anchored by our iconic rearing horse sculpture. It’s the heart of the building—perfect for socialising, enjoying live music, and relaxing over a drink—while the upper floor offers a calmer restaurant space with stained-glass windows, soft lighting, and comfortable seating ideal for meals and gatherings.

We also provide versatile spaces that can easily be arranged for groups, parties and private gatherings. From casual get-togethers to more organised events, our team is always ready to make every occasion feel effortless and memorable.

Food & Drink

Our menu brings together Irish comfort dishes and Belgian favourites, served in the warmth of our stained-glass dining rooms. We offer options for every preference, including vegan and gluten-free dishes, all prepared using fresh, local ingredients.

At the bar, enjoy an extensive range of Belgian beers, Irish classics like Guinness, and one of the most eye-catching whiskey collections in the region—an entire glowing gallery of bottles stretching across the main bar and staircase.

Our Story

Mary’s is named after Mary Walsh, whose family ties connect Ireland to the history of Flanders. The bar pays tribute to the Irish soldiers who served in this region during World War I, reflected in the design details, stories and historical touches woven throughout the building. It’s a place that honours heritage while offering a warm welcome to everyone who walks through the door.
